Aqua Aerobics - Aqua aerobics is not only a great way to get fit but it is also one of the safest. It keeps the heart and lungs healthy whilst toning the body and reducing fat, and also provides a good opportunity for a splash about in the water.
Aerobics - Aerobics is a high-energy exercise class set to music. It will get your heart and lungs pumping, help you burn off body fat and improve your body's strength and cardiovascular system without overly stressing any particular part of the body.
Body Conditioning - Body conditioning is the exercise and practice to build the body up for either improved normal performance, as in physical therapy, or in preparation for sports performance.
Legs Bums & Tums - LBT is one of the most popular classes as it offers participants of all standards and abilities a lower body up-beat floor exercise workout, specifically designed to tone-up and tackle problem areas.
Sport Specific Training - To improve performance, sports specific training can improve your technique and fitness levels whether you play tennis, rugby, golf or are running a a marathon or taking part in a triathlon - in each case your performance will benefit from sports specific exercises.
Core Stability - Relates to the bodily region bounded by the abdominal wall, the pelvis, the lower back and the diaphragm and its ability to stabilise the body during movement. The diaphragm is the main muscle of breathing in the human and so breathing is important in providing the necessary core stability for moving and lifting.
Pilates-Yoga - This is an exercise method, designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Classes will focus on specific areas individually whilst using exercises that integrate the whole body to re-educate and restore it to optimum muscular and skeletal function and can be beneficial for just about everyone, regardless of age and fitness level.
